About the Somali Capital Markets Forum
The Somali Stock Exchange (SSE) will host the first Somali Capital Markets Forum 2025 under the theme "Developing Capital Markets in Somalia: Challenges and Opportunities"
Capital Markets play a pivotal role in economic development. They provide the platform to raise funds for governments and corporations to fund projects in all sectors of the economy. An efficient capital market drives an efficient economy, leading to job creation, the most dependable route out of poverty, with sustainable and equitable economic growth.
